Want to work within a fun team in a luxury space?

We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager with at least 5yrs running a busy, high end salon, clinic or hospitality offering. Our business, although beauty, operates more similarly to a clinic/hotel as we offer select high end services, some of which are semi-permanent. Detailed client records, accounts, follow ups along with both staff and impeccable stock management are crucial to the role in conjunction with day to day management. We're located on beautiful Queen Street Woollahra. Short walk to Centennial Park, Oxford Street and Bondi Junction.

We use Shortcuts professional computerised bookings system. We're a prepaid business therefore fees are payable at time of booking using safe global payment gateway. Our exclusive offering is all inclusive with both nibbles and beverage range available, so attention to detail in ensuring stock levels and the manner in which our staff provide and manage these is important to the overall offering. This is a very different business and well suited to somebody who genuinely relishes serving at a high level and also has solid FOH experience and is great with numbers.

You'll work closely with the Managing Director, Brand Manager and Operations Manager all of which have a great sense of humour and strong work ethic. The position is based at front of house where you will meet and greet each client on arrival and oversee the run of the day etc.

The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously as well as with a team. Attention to detail is a must along with an outgoing personality to engage with varying clientele both in person and over the phone.
