Job Summary
Impact Styles Salon is a brand new hair salon and training facility. We seek a salon manager to develop the business and make it his/her own.
- Brand New Hairdressing Salon to make your own.
- Based in Parramatta CBD.
- Potential to become a trainer and assessor.
Based in the Parramatta CBD, Impact Styles Salon is a division of Impact Training Institute. It is a newly developed state of the art hair dressing salon and training facility.
We seek the services of an experienced and confident salon manager to develop the clientele for the salon and manage the salon as his/her own.
This salon will initially operate as a commercial salon open directly to public clients. You will be required to market the business, source clientele through your marketing strategies and experience, and develop a client rapport and repeat business.
You must posses the following:
At least 5 years experience as a Salon manager in a busy salon, managing all aspects of day to day salon operations.
Ability to develop business and work towards achieving set targets, continuously growing the client base.
Excellent customer service skills.
Be a qualified, competent, and confident senior hairdresser.
Demonstrated commitment to training and development of other staff.
Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions whilst reporting regularly to senior management within Impact Training Institute.
