SALON MANAGER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are a high-profile top hairdressing salon in Double Bay (www.laboutique.com.au) with a reputation for providing the best service and amazing results in a unique environment. We are currently recruiting for our role of Salon Manager to join our close-knit team. We are seeking experienced applicants only, who are dedicated, thrive on responsibility and are looking for their next challenge.

To qualify, you must have the following attributes: • Minimum 2 years industry experience including knowledge of Shortcuts software OR 5 years office management / personal assistant experience • Ability to multi-task • Excellent phone manner • Enjoy working in a busy salon • Immaculate personal presentation • Good communication skills • Ability to coordinate clients and staff • Experience with Wordpress an advantage • Ability to work the following hours with some additional hours where required: Wed 8.30am – 6pm, Thurs 8.30am – 9pm, Fri 8.30am – 9pm, Sat 8.30am – 6pm. Your tasks will consist of: • Customer service, managing client bookings and information databases • Managing a team of 11 staff, rosters & wages • All general office management & reception tasks • Accounts payable • Stock control/retail management • Personal Assistant tasks to Salon Owner Belinda Jeffrey Great salary, creative fun environment.
