The Melbourne Pivot Point Academy is the oldest and largest specialist Hairdressing Academy in Australia and New Zealand, and is seen as the highest benchmark in hairdressing education by the Industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced Industry Liaison Officer, for a sales and service position which is based both in the office and on the road. You will network with Salons, Industry, Australian Apprenticeship Centres, Career Teachers and relevant Government Departments to sell programs & services to a range of clients. Additionally you will be required to attend career expos, marketing & industry events as directed by the Academy.
Suitable candidates will have a hairdressing qualification or background and previous sales experience. You will be required to meet with monthly targeted sales in the local market, and to comply with ATTP, AQTF, ESOS, DIAC and National Code requirements.
Additionally, you will be competent with the Microsoft Office suite and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants must also be prepared to apply for a working with children check, have a current drivers license and your own vehicle.
